Your responsibilities will include employee file management, providing support to M&A for US and Canada regions, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and maintain employee files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality • Provide HR support to employees and managers in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement YOU MUST HAVE• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field·Advanced English·Manage data·Provide administrative support·Standardize processes• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide timely HR support WE VALUE·Experience in managing employee files and records in a multinational organization· Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance requirements in the US and Canada regions#LI-Hybrid
