Your responsibilities will include employee file management, providing support to M&A for US and Canada regions, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and maintain employee files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide HR support to employees and managers in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced English
- Manage data
- Provide administrative support
- Standardize processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide timely HR support
