We are currently seeking a proven, high performing, HR professional to fill a key HR Partner role in support of Avionics Mexicali team, reporting to the HR site Manager
**What you will do**:
- Develop and document standard processes, manage key HR systems, and implement solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery in line with current regulations, business controls and established service level agreements.
- Implement changes regarding HR and payroll systems.
- Manage and process changes in HR Systems as well as projects related to them.
- Interprets and explains human resources policies, procedures plans and programs consistent with employment laws and regulations; confirms that employment laws and regulations are followed accordingly.
- Conducts HR-related investigations and outlines the applicable corrective actions that are mandated by HR policy within the company culture.
- Promotes and helps leadership address performance management, employee discipline, and employee recognition issues.
- Advise and participate in Collins Culture roll out.
**Qualifications you must have**:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting or similar.
- Applicable HR experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist, preferably in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated track record of success.
- Employee information management, financial payroll management, benefits management, time and attendance management and onboarding features.
- Ability to solve complex problems.
- Experience coaching and influencing peers and other business partners.
- Experience developing and enhancing policies and procedures for major efficiency.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
**Qualifications we prefer**:
- Expertise and knowledge of ERP systems (Tress, Workday and SAP).
- Experience in systems process: new employees hiring, payroll, employee changes (shift, positions, promotions, adjustments, and others), time and attendance.
- Proficient Conversational and written English required.
