Sr Hris Analyst

Support the strategy, transition and delivery of HR Data management activities.
You will ensure data accuracy, lead analysis and be the liaison between the business customer and Information Technology (IT) function.
You will partner with stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations on process changes and will lead critical projects, PeopleSoft upgrades, and reorganizations.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enhance HR reporting tools
- Data analysis
- Escalate data issues- Resolve data issues- Reporting
- Maintain and improve data standards
- Manage projects
**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Analytical skills 3+ years
- HR data management experience
- Fluent english proficiency

- Ability to use analytics and data to make informed decisions
