You will provide leadership and oversight for Health Safety Environment & Facilities(HSE&F), activities and performance for the (insert site support) by establishing strong working relationships with site leadership team and the employees.
You will report directly to the (Insert site leader or functional leader as applicable).
You will be a key leader with the (indicate site support) directing sustainable health and safety programs through incorporation of impactful operating processes and keeping in front of leading practices in health and safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implements HSE&F standards
- Provide technical assistance
- Site compliance reviews
- Strong MOS administration
- Advocates HOS behaviors
- Effective coach and role model
- Deploys safety initiatives
- Measures key HSEF metrics
- Drives standard work
- Ensures compliance standards
**MUST HAVE**:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure ongoing compliance, including all training and record-keeping activities in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
- Must have a broad knowledge of the methods and practices for conducting accident and workplace safety audits and investigations required.
- 3 years of experience as an HSE Manager (Automotive desirable).
- Knowledge and experience in management of STPS, NOM, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, OSHA 1910, NFPA regulations.
- Experience and management of Security and Medical Service.
- Experience in management and implementation of ISO 14001, 45001
- Advanced level of English.
