The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.Key Job ResponsibilitiesPEOPLESOFTEnsure data integrity in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) (i.E. Peoplesoft)Daily maintenance of HRIS: entering new employees, issuing time cards, and updating employee information, benefits enrollments, etc.Attendance tracking: coordinate with managers to ensure employees are on the correct schedule pattern and crew sheetsPAYROLLCoordinate with station & shift managers, using labor-tracking tools, to ensure employees are on the correct schedule patternsComplete and distribute reports as needed by managers and corporate officesProvide frequent customer service regarding payroll, benefits, scheduling, etc.ADMINISTRATIVEAssist internal customers with benefits, orientation, and general inquiriesAssist Recruiting/Safety Department, as necessary (new hire orientations, safety talks, interview loops and coordination)Conduct administration portion of new-hire orientationLiaison with department managers and security for administration of badging processTrack/report HR Metrics (Attendance, Attrition, Overtime, Engagement, etc.)Calculate turnover metrics for salaried and hourly associatesComplete employment and payroll verificationsEnsure all employee files are complete and scanned in MyDocsMinimum Requirements1+ years of human resources experience1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience1+ years of customer service experienceBachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or High school or equivalent and 1+ years of case management experienceEnglish IntermediateKnowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems are preferredExperience with Payroll Systems, HRIS#J-18808-Ljbffr
