**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Talent Management**:
Partner with leadership team and Recruiting to ensure a pro-active workforce plan and recruiting strategy is in place and well-executed, and will scale as we grow.
Champion talent management in the organization to ensure improved attraction, retention and development of staff which improves performance of the business and builds the bench strength of the management team.
Work with leaders and managers to analyze workforce capability/skills requirements relevant to changing business needs, actively participating in planning process to ensure alignment of goals.
**Organizational Design and Development**:
Partner with leadership team on strategic needs and growth initiatives as company expands.
Guide and direct leaders on organizational design, development and change management solutions required for successful outcome.
**Engagement & Culture**:
Develop strong partnership with the leaders and employees at all levels of the organization within this business.
Manage the relationship with the Union(s) and responsible for annual Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations., coordinate all individual and collective labor conflicts.
Responsible for the annual Collective Contract reviews, analysis and recommendations on the request document, follow-up to signature and delivery in a timely manner.
Communicate and inform your teams about updates on issues that impact the result or work environment (labor relations, regulations, reforms, etc.)
**HR Operations and Management**:
Lead and coach site leadership on the implementation of HR programs for this business including annual performance, salary and talent reviews.
Work directly to coach and counsel managers on management and employee issues to achieve satisfactory resolution.Utilize performance management process and disciplinary action where appropriate.bIn conjunction with corporate leadership, develop communication and change initiatives
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field from accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of demonstrated progressive experience in HR Business Partner roles.
Experience in developing and leading an integrated network of domestic and international manufacturing sites and 3rd party PEO relationships.
Experience in Tier 1 Automotive manufacturing preferred
Must have a strong working knowledge of all Mexico labor laws to ensure compliance.
Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills.
Well-developed influencing skills - ability to inspire confidence and drive consensus.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.Experience with ADP Workforce Now desired.
