About the role This position directly supervises Technical / Business Support and/or Production / Maintenance employees in Industrial Engineering.
Plans and sets day-to-day operational objectives and participates in the documentation of operations and procedures to ensure timely completion.
Responsible for making minor changes in processes to improve Industrial Engineering effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities Maximize the utilization of human resources on production lines.Standardize work processes across production lines.Improve hourly production rates on production lines.Analysis of production line capacity.Cost optimization and management of productivity projects.Optimization of human resources on production lines.Creation and maintenance of work standards.Requirements 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.Advanced English proficiency.Proficiency in AutoCAD (including layouts and process flow).Experience in Lean Manufacturing (standardized work, SMED, VSM, line balancing).Knowledge and experience with problem-solving tools (A3, 5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa, RedX).Green Belt certification, with experience in implementing a real project.Experience in resource capacity analysis.Knowledge of Six Sigma.Microsoft Office.Availability for full-time work.Master's degree (desirable).Skills Teamwork.Strong verbal communication skills.Ability to make effective presentations.Leadership.Proactivity and focus on the work area.Self-management.Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.
