**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor's Degree (Manufacturing or related preferable)
- Advanced English skills
- 5+ years of experience in teams management
- Experience in Aerospace or Automotive sector
- Lead and introduce continuous improvements to processes in production
- Ability to lead people/team and engage/mentor staffs
**WE VALUE**:
- Some relevant aerospace manufacturing experience
- Green belt, black belt or Lean Manufacturing Expert
- Knowledge in chemical processes (cleaning, painting, heat treatment), TIG Welding, machining (CNC, Milling)
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork
- Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment
- Efficient with SAP software
- Some related experience in continuous improvement
- Conveys information with clarity and directness
- Computer literacy
