As an IT Sr Financial Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in managing financial aspects related to technology operations.Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making within the organization.This role will also include supporting ADI Segment level financial reporting and analysis, beyond just an IT focus.JOB DUTIES: Provide IT comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting for assigned areas and assist in meeting all financial commitments and goals Analyze new initiatives and determine business issues that require special analysis Meet with the process owners and knowledge experts for Technology business processes Assist with risk assessment analyses and valuations for the current business processes new processes and system implementations Lead IT annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial direction to management regarding budget preparation and conducting formal presentations as required Continually evaluate and implement processes to improve overall financial reporting and analysis Work closely with internal customers to provide transparency on technology expenses Execute processes and policies that ensure fair and accurate accounting, financial practices and reporting Perform and track cost/benefit analysis for Capital Acquisitions and other IT expense projects Develop, implement and track unit key indicators within Technology in partnership with IT Management Additionally, support the Segment management reporting process, including variance analysis and adhoc reporting Assist in developing long term goals and strategies for Business Unit YOU MUST HAVE: Education: A relevant degree such as a Bachelor's or University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Business Administration, Education, Information Technology, MBA, Information Systems, or Computer Science.7+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience with a background in Technology Financial Analysis budgets and forecasts Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Financials, in IT domain and/or governance and or/delivery departments Clear understanding of financials of large complex IT organizations and experienced in best practices financial tools and techniques in a complex international environment Fluent in English WE VALUE: Certifications: beneficial certifications include CPA, ITIL, PM, MBA, CMA, PMP, PMI, CBAP, CCBA, or CIA.Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the stakeholder, builds strong customer relationships creates processes with stakeholder viewpoint, partners with stakeholders to help shape their future initiatives Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach to financial management Excellent time management and working well under pressure Experience with MS Office, Project Management, Agile and Waterfall techniques PMP and/or ITIL certification preferred Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision Ability to prioritize, influence and work with cross-functional global teams Knowledge in IT process development and implementation and experience in project management tools and techniques Ability to foster good relationships, work independently and in collaboration with global teams WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?: Benefits above the Mexican law Professional growth in a great place to work #LI-CR1#LI-Hybrid
