Because why not do it all?**WHAT TO EXPECT**- You'll be working as a member of Gates' enterprise IT Infrastructure team including global scale and scope across functions.- You'll work on large-scale projects that include IT technologies from network, security, server, data center, cloud computing, modernization, DevOps, and agile workloads.- You'll have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement by gathering data, defining needs, recommending solutions, and supporting project management activities- You'll be working with a skilled global IT team with diverse and unique backgrounds- Your objective will be to ensure our IT initiatives are strategically scoped, planned, tracked, measured, and presented in a meaningful way- You'll bring a self-starter attitude, proactively looking for opportunities for improvement, highlighting risk and looking for solutions to consistently meet on time delivery goals.- This is an exciting opportunity that will shape Gates' IT global operations and long-term strategy**Key responsibilities**- Collecting, synthesizing, organizing, and managing information and information services in support of IT efforts across infrastructure- Track all aspects of key IT programs to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. This includes capital, expense, and resource allocation tracking.- Presenting data in clear, succinct, and meaningful way for trend and opportunity analysis. This includes creating dashboards, timelines, summary reports and milestone markers.- Conducting interviews and product analysis to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.- Accumulating, understanding, and leveraging industry-specific knowledge for the benefit of the organization and partners.- Updating and developing improved IT process, run books, workload management and documentation.- Performing reviews to refine and continuously improve workload efficiencies.**ABOUT YOU**Preferred Bachelor's Degree or Technical Certification equivalent in IT related field- Preferred project management or IT Service Management related certifications (PMI, ITIL, Project+, Lean)- Ability to demonstrate experience with large scale enterprise programs and projects in the form of portfolio examples and references
