We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.The Sr. IT Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required scope.**Key Responsibilities**:Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.Lead and motivate project team membersCommunicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleManage risks and issuesTrack project progress and make adjustments as needed**Required Profile**:- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, computer science, information technology, etc.)- 3+ years of experience in IT project management- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices- Ability to lead and motivate teams- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)**Nice to Have**:- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), inside Nestle Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO)- IT Network design & security
