Sr. Latam Recruiter

We are looking for a **Sr. LATAM Recruiter**, who can support the recruitment of full time staff within the sales research technology and business services.**Key responsibilities**- Supporting the recruitment process from end-to-end.- Booking and organising diaries for interview- Interview feedback- Advertising the roles & sourcing/headhunting applicants- Pre-screen telephone interviews- Employer Branding- Applicant management - first point of contact for arranging and feeding back on the recruitment process- Attending face-to-face interviews with the managers as required- ATS (Workable) administrations- Recruitment agency liaison- General administrative/HR support where needed Skills / Proficiencies required- A strong interest in recruitment and people development**Skills / Proficiencies required**- Resourcing experience within an agency or in-house environment an advantage- Excellent written and verbal communication/telephone manner - demonstrated through an approachable personality, rapport building and negotiations skills- Excellent organisational skills and ability to take ownership and responsibility- Able to work under pressure and prioritise a heavy workload- Ability to build networks internally and externally- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as to work independently- High accuracy and attention to detail- High levels of professionalism and confidentiality- IT literate - MS Word, Excel and Outlook- Experience in all social media especially LinkedInTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: Hasta $50,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesTrabajar desde casa:- No
