When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you'll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do every day.**About the Role****Your Team**Launch Engineer, Launch Technician I & II.**What You Will Do**- Responsible to attend recurring meetings, both internal and external for project progress and new launches.- Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate documentation: PFMEAS, Flow Charts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, etc.- Responsible together all the documents to support M Gates reviews.- Maintain and communicate the status of the projects, using Microsoft's Project.- Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.- Manage all engineering changes with the CFT and assure the successful implementation.- Comply with the review of the status of PLM.- Follow up with Program Manager the outstanding point of the PV runs.- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through established communication channels.- Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements applicable- Coordinate the new models first running, maturity gates, compliance assurance.- To represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System.- Support to manufacturing area according to the needs of the MBU Manager.- Coordinate with Packaging Engineer of new launch.- Coordinate and implement VAVE initiatives.- Implement Engineer Changes according DNC implementation process.- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets, and programs.- Drive results and coordinate activities with launch engineers + technicians.- Responsible to work closely with Manufacturing Engineering (AME), Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and teams for Design for Manufacturing (DFM)- Create risk assessments by program phase- Lead Manufacturing Readiness Assessment (MRA)- Develop and manage launch vehicle interface documentation- Ability to drive multiple design activities (programs or special projects) and various stages in the program lifecycle- Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full development and integration activities.- Provide support to any additional activity that MBU Manager can assig related to New Product Introduction or Mass Production.**What You Need**- Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Excellence, Teamwork and Respect.- Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineer/Electronic/Electromechanical.- Deep Knowledge Engineering Changes and documentation control
