Sr Launch Engineer

Sr. Launch Engineer will be part of Launch/Operations Project management team, supporting Manufacturing Ops for Automotive & Industrial parts & will be responsible for all deliverables in accordance with the project timeline, business objectives & customer's requirements.
Your responsibilities will be to: Lead multiple projects assigned & work independently with Program Managers/Business units & Customers for new products/components fulfilling manufacturing APQP standards.Determine necessary CAPEX required for the manufacturing plant and meeting financial targets and drive to reach the targets.Be responsible for production line transfer from other sites to our Zacatecas facility.Coordinate with internal teams and customers for completing the project within the agreed timeline and budget.Transform Engineering BOM to Manufacturing BOM and evaluate Product P&L and any other activities assigned with respect to Launch Management.Co-ordinate with Procurement/Supply Chain teams for order management of raw materials and follow-up.Our requirements: Industrial Engineering degree or related.+7 years of experience in project/launch management.At least +5 years of experience with injection molding & assembly processes for automotive industry.What we offer: Attractive salary & benefits plan.International work environment.Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team.
