The role of the Lean Engineer:Portfolio Administrator is to manage the PEx Project Portfolio for the plant assuring the effective use of the different improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Lean, PQA, DESGN, etc.)
towards the achievement of plant/site strategic goals with the deliverable of reaching Annual Cost reduction targets as a must.Responsibilities and tasks of the position.
:Administrate hard savings and projects which will impact positively plant CR targets.
:Executes a PEx training strategy to achieve the goals of the plant or site location.
:Assist and coach belts and managers in the project nomination, selection, implementation and documentation processes:Ensures the successful execution of the PEx Portfolio and its alignment with the Corporate QCDMS+I strategic goals:Provides timely feedback to his/her supervision on project statusList the two most complex decisions indicative of this function and its impact to the function, department and/or corporation.
:Supports Global Quality and the Division Champion with corporate initiatives (e.G.
training development, process changes, global translations of PEx materials).
:Promote Lean transformation by selecting Lean tools to assure his/her assigned Business Unit achieves Business Plan for current yearInternal and External Customers.Internal.

:Engineering BS Degree:Strong Importante empresa in Lean manufactirng and Six sigma metodologies:2 years as Lean Engineer Jr. or similimar role:Fluent English:Self:Motivated individual with a history of delivering positive results through continuous improvement.
