**What your day will look like**:- Supports strategy deployment event organization and practicalities required.- Supports and participate in the implementation of local CI agenda and activities supporting the site business plans.- Supports the identification of potential manufacturing opportunities to improve manufacturing processes.- Supports productivity workshops and annual productivity signed commitments to reach target.- Coaches and supports of site directors & managers in implementing CI tools, processes, behaviors and mindset.- Leads CI projects using DMAIC methodology, Lean tools, and Six Sigma statistical tools, as required, impacting productivity, as well support CI initiatives.
And documents lessons learned from CI projects.- Trains and supports manufacturing' Coaches on CI methodologies and tools on site.
Executes and supports to areas assigned on CI assessment journey to achieve target, includes CI department.- Develops CI tools, training content and provides training, as needed.- Shares best business practices between processes and departments.
**Are you up for the challenge?
**- Engineering degree preferred.- Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Manufacturing certified.- +2 years of experience in plant manufacturing and structural Continuous Improvement environment.- Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and utilization of Lean tools.
