It leads the commercial and IP contractual support of our affiliates and complex mega projects from creation to expiration and throughout plants operation lifetime for getting maximum returns from the contract terms and limiting risks. Itinvolves managing proactively to anticipate future needs as well as reacting to situations that arise and also ensures compliance with contractual relationships between our client and Licensors globally.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Finance/Accounting related field- Minimum 9 - 15 years of experience in the field of petrochemicals- Extensive experience across IP, Licensing, and commercial**Duties and **responsibilities*****:- Leads the commercial and IP contractual support to our Affiliates and SABIC/Saudi Aramco complex mega projects globally from creation toexpiration and throughout plants operation lifetime- Leads dispute cases negotiation and resolution with third parties related IP contracts- Drive IP protection and IP management requirements to our Affiliates globally- Analyze IP Agreements of license expiration contractually and technically to Identify technologies competitiveness for potential technologies monetization.Works with Licensing out, B-T&I, SBU and Legal to license out these technologies- Involved with M&A Due Diligence to assess & addressing the IP contracts risks and obligations and how a new deal will fit into current contractual landscapewhich requiring critical attention pre-M&A deal- Mentors and coaching new and young licensing staff and mangers- Identify new business opportunities and growth technology areas for SABIC- Lead the CMD interface team with the internal and external Audits authorities
