**Descripción del empleo**
This function is Responsible to;
- Calculation Logistic Cost for BP (Business Plan) & CF's (Current forecast).
- Make logistic cost accrual end of the month and provide it to CTG department.
- Transportation freight quotes according to internal requirements.
- Make sure the follow up to iStar procedure.
- Monthly iSTAR report.
- Chargeback process for expedited freights (follow up & reimbursement)
- Freight invoices approval in CASS portal.
- Strategic Target Deployment from Divisional and Plant Top level to Business Units and logistics cost elements (Example: Normal, Expedite Freight, Packaging, etc) deep dive while reporting and analysis of cost variances and measure tracking of operational projects oriented to logistics cost reductions.
- Analysis scope includes internal and external cost/effects, budget and cost center follow up while operational monitoring and forecast (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, CFxx, BP) of all Inbound and Outbound Cost elements of Value Chain.
- MBR Analysis scope includes internal and external cost/effects, budget and cost center follow up while operational monitoring and forecast (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, CFxx, BP) and Target Deployment
**Requisitos**
- Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer
- English advanced level.
- Logistics / material flow concepts
- Export & Import concept.
- Financial knowledge
- SAP
- Strong Leadership
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, budgeting, and cost control
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
