.**Your Job****Our Team**You will work closely with manufacturing operations leaders, Quality, Maintenance, Production, EHS, Engineering, Production control,Materials & BP Human Resources.**What You Will Do- Develop and implement an effective predictive and preventive maintenance strategy- Foster a safe work environment, ensuring the maintenance team is practicing "best safe work practices", and leading the identification and mitigation of all work hazards for the jobs performed prior to workcommencing.- Supervise all plant maintenance functions involving mechanical & electrical equipment, control & robotic systems, power distribution systems, and building facilities.- Create a positive work environment, with a strong culture of teamwork. Ensure an environment that allows open reporting, prompt follow-up and resolution of issues or concerns that occur through the normal course of work.- Lead and develop your direct reports with a focus on ownership for results, creative thinking, and economic decision making aligned to the company's risk profile.- Identify performance gaps and build improvement plans to enhance skill and capabilities within your team.- Ensure employees develop skills required to identify root cause and take effective actions to resolve problems in their work.- Partner with production areas to prioritize and execute work orders that keeps assets on-aim and reliable.- Make economical decisions to address site priorities.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Previous experience leading/supervising a technical team in a manufacturing /industrial environmet.- Experience with financial analysis in relation to costs- Knowledge of equipment servicing, planning/scheduling, mechanical and electrical maintenance, & plant/project engineering- Experience establishing and/or administering a Predictive/Preventive Maintenance program and tracking results- Experience in troubleshooting & problem solving techniques (RED X, QRQC, Six Sigma)- Strong management skills.- Strong communication skills to motivate people and collaborate with diverse areas across the organization**What Will Put You Ahead- Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher- English intermediate, nice to have fluent speaking- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead teams using Root Cause Analysis problem solving methodology (RED X, 8d, QRQC).- Previous experience in manufacturing, injection molding & plating area- Experience with project management Building expansions & Machine installations**Who We Are**As a Koch company, SRG Global is a team of creative and innovative individuals that engineer solutions for greater surface durability, structural integrity, enhanced functionality, vehicle efficiency and design flexibility
