Sr Maintenance Advisor - Store Operations

**Responsibilities**- Works cross-functionally and collaborates with US Maintenance Resolution Center (MRC) and Field Operations to ensure all maintenance related issues are addressed in a timely manner.- Partners with the US MRC Maintenance Advisors in the daily executions of job duties.- Maintains an answer rate for incoming calls of 98% or higher.- Conducts Work Order follow-up processes to ensure services are provided in a timely manner.- Negotiates with external maintenance vendors to ensure price points are at or below US national averages.- Review, analyze, and help resolve vendor invoicing and exception discrepancies.- Properly document new and existing work orders in the call management database according to standard operating procedures.- Partners with departmental management to include - Sr Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Managers and Maintenance Technicians as needed.- Performs others duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:- 3 - 5 years of Call Center experience- Maintenance training (HVAC / Electrical) or 2 plus years of maintenance experience is a plus.- Previous management experience.- Bilingual preferred.- Proficient in written and verbal English communications skills with team members en vendors.- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational and leadership skills.- Oracle PeopleSoft and PeopleSoft-Maintenance Module knowledge is a plus.- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.- 2% US Travel required.
