The Sr Maintenance Engineer is responsible for improving the performance of the plant equipment, understanding the root causes of the problems, creating and following up on the action plans and preventive maintenance to eliminate recurrence.
As well as analyze the opportunities of the equipment and guide the maintenance team in the development and implementation of improvements, at the minimum implementation and operating cost.
Ensure the safety of equipment and processes.
Warranty the safety and quality of the products that come out of the production lines.Responsibilities/Processes:Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, PM and TPM tools, on a daily basisAbility to work, monitor and follow up work of external suppliers is a mustEvaluates and solves production problems associated with equipment, maitenance, and/or manufacturing methods.Implements root cause analysis and engages manufacturing engineers and maintenance technicians in problem solving methods.Develop budget and assure effectives cost in maintenance activites.
