Job DescriptionOversees and plans day-to-day preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for a specific technology or group of machinery. Development and execution of downtime reduction initiatives, and manages maintenance engineers, contractors, budget, capital, and all necessary technologies related to his area. Develop projects OPEX and CAPEX.Key Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Availability Losses, MTTR & MTBF, equipment issues, OEE improvement plans, strategies, and execution.Responsible for the Planned Maintenance documentation and Autonomous Maintenance documentation to be updated and available in (SAP, Quality Documentation control, Shop Floor).Responsible for maintaining equipment data, manufacturer spare parts, performance of each equipment, and cost reduction.Research new technologies or techniques to execute Predictive and Preventive Maintenance.Define equipment maintenance and administration for the cell, capable in line setups and diagnostic equipment issues.Responsible for Quick Kaizen, Kaizen events & knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the equipment.Optimization of Maintenance resources per shift and days based on operational conditions (Volumes, shift pattern, maintenance agreements, cost, etc).Sustain Maintenance areas at 5's plant standards and continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration or engineering-related areas required.More than 4 years minimum experience in Process / Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance (Assembly Automotive industry environment).Experience launching new projects.Develop control & live time of new equipment spare parts.Experience leading automation or industry 4.0 projects.Experience with plant-wide projects, example: New machinery & Equipment implementation, New machinery & Equipment upgrade.Advanced English.Strong knowledge and management of Maintenance metrics TPM, MTBF, MTTR, Availability.Fully competent in technical languages for automotive industry machinery.Leadership skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
