Role Responsibilities:Own and deliver on assigned global RTR initiatives to streamline activity and deliver best practices for RTR COE.Communicate with and influence key internal and external business partners.Develop and own clear intake processes and procedures for RTR activities, in alignment with RTR taxonomy.Evaluate and develop global RTR operations support models, in a global matrixed environment.Manage and report on global accounting activities including key performance metrics.Analyze accounting operations activities across Segments, providing actionable insights to leadership.Manage and lead a team of accounting professionals.Role Purpose:This role will manage global RTR COE projects, while ensuring uniform controls. This role engages on critical and complex accounting activities, partners with Carrier COE members and executives to deliver accurate financial results with a strong focus on internal control environment. The COE structure and model is a critical part of Carrier projects with a clear focus on analysis and decisioning the overall taxonomy for the RTR function and ownership within a global matrixed structure. This role is a critical support for the successful implementation of RTR COE transformational projects.Minimum Requirements: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English fluency)Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related disciplineA minimum of 9+ years prior relevant experienceCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
