Make It Matter.In this role, you will coordinate with internal and external teams and stakeholders to plan, execute and integrate communications activities, including content development, publishing, measurement and other operations. As a subject matter expert, you will give direction to team members on tactics and execution and work collaboratively across global centers of expertise.How you will contributeYou will develop strategy and implement internal and external communication processes and deliver results in your area of expertise. To generate positive media coverage for the company and its brands, you will develop a media strategy and build strong media relations with Tier-1 media and global media in your geographic area. You will work with internal cross-functional teams to protect and strengthen the company and brands' reputation by developing content and managing related communications channels and provide Mondelez International spokespeople with talking points, ensuring their visibility by monitoring business events and proactively managing their speaking opportunities. In addition, you will represent Mondelez International as a spokesperson when appropriate; support the consumer relations function as it relates to social media and media coverage based on consumer feedback; edit and approve external communications to key accounts, distributors, consumers, and partners; support your local management team on internal communications and ensure effective coordination with other functions; and ensure activities are delivered within budget.What you will bringA desire to lead the future for our company and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in:Communications, public relations and reputation management potentially in an agency settingLeading projects and building relationshipsDemonstrating creativity and flexibilityThis role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the communication strategy of the company to strengthen the brand image, improve media relations, and promote clear and consistent communication both inside and outside the organization. This role leads a multidisciplinary team and collaborates closely with the marketing, human resources, and executive departments to ensure that all corporate affairs align with the company's values, strategic objectives and narrative.Job specific requirements:+10 years of experience in Corporate Communication (must) within global companies, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.In-depth knowledge of digital platforms and communication management tools: social media (must), new technologies (must) and AI (desirable).Previous experience as People Manager with strong leadership abilities and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
