As part of Schneider Electric's Energy Efficiency consulting services, this role will support some of the world's largest companies to define their own strategies by considering their specificities to meet these commitments: reduce and decarbonize their consumptions.

Commercial Targets: Take full accountability for meeting and exceeding commercial targets for energy supply advisory sales in Hispanic Latin America.Team Management: Provide leadership, coaching, and management to a team of energy supply advisory sales professionals operating across Hispanic Latam, focusing particularly on Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.Renewable Energy Focus: Drive the advancement and implementation of Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) advisory services across Hispanic Latin America, aligning with the organization's focus on sustainability and renewable energy solutions.Strategy Contribution: Play a key role in shaping the offer strategy for energy supply advisory services in Hispanic Latin America, leveraging market insights and customer needs to drive business growth.Collaboration: Work closely with an international community of delivery managers to ensure seamless alignment between sales and delivery functions, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to client engagement and service delivery.Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial sales, particularly within the energy sector and/or advisory services.Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.Strong understanding of the energy market in Hispanic Latin America, with a focus on Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.Knowledge or experience in Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) is highly desirable.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural and geographical boundaries.
