And our brilliant, passionate, and driven team of more than 5,000 people globally are Powering Positive Change every day.Are you ready to power positive change?SUMMARY OF ROLESr. Manager, Equipment & Automation is responsible for leading and managing the retrofit/start-up team's activities like tool buy-off, vendor interface, installation, and qualification of new MODCO production lines worldwide (Asia, NA, EU) - in order to release to production new expansion lines with fast cycle time and high start-up yield locally or off-shore. He is responsible to upgrade/retrofit the existing manufacturing lines to cater to new product introductions.This requires very close collaboration with PMO and manufacturing teams - Engineering, Facilities, IE, QA, etc
