Primary Duties:_
- Establishes a customer-focused organization.
Develops meaningful customer relationships and establishes strong partnerships with HR management teams.
- Ensures business requirements, challenges, opportunities and priorities are understood and considered.
- Ensures global alignment and consistency while effectively balancing global, regional and local needs.
- Leads and manages regional HRIT teams including team managers, project managers, analysts and developers.
- Is responsible for people management which includes, but is not limited to, resource planning, sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, work assignment, developing employees, managing performance, administering compensation and offboarding.
- Ensures understanding and compliance of all data privacy and audit requirements.
- Establishes processes for submission and prioritization of system change requests including enhancements, improvements and fixes.
Formalizes governance process to ensure active customer participation.
Ensures sound and professional IT development and configuration management processes are followed.
- Job Qualifications_
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
MBA or Master degree preferred.
- At least 6 years experience as a first line supervisor in a technical environment.
Proven ability to manage large teams to complete technology-based deliverables on-time and within budget.
Proven ability to mentor others in the technical and/or business aspects of information systems task work.
- Extensive experience leading technical development of Workday Integrations.
- Experience with complex Workday technologies including Workday Studio, PECI, WECI and other relevant integration techniques such as XML, XSLT, API, etc.
- Strong leadership, management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to set strategy, inspire others and deliver results.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization within a multi-national company.
Proven ability to manage across functions and successfully engage and influence others outside area of control.
- Experience working in global organizations to implement and support technology.
Proven understanding of cultural differences and ability to impact across cultures.
- Proven ability to lead a customer-focused and excellence-driven organization.
Demonstrated understanding of customer driven-products, services and solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with management and colleagues who use English primary or second language.
