**Sr.
Manager, Human Resources - Mexico**
The Senior HR Manager serves as the primary HR contact for site HR Manager and the Employee Relations SME_ in Mexico_, executes human resources practices to support and improve the daily operations and employee relations practices to have a good union environment in sites.
The Senior HR Manager reports to the _Director, _Human Resources Mexico to provide a high level of service to the HR and Employee Relations function.

**In this role you will**:
- Manage our Monterrey site HR Business Partner
- Work closely with Site Directors to develop harmonious working relationships, build morale, improve employee satisfaction, and increase productivity and retention.
- Lead action planning and monitor implementation of action items to address employee dissatisfaction
- Conceptualize and implement HR interventions geared towards building the ResultsCX Culture.
- Implement Performance Management & Succession Management Process
- Ensure timely delivery of HR services through effective internal coordination within the HR Team.
- Assure employee transfers & promotions.
- Calculate the cost of CBA´s.
- Set and implement the strategy for the relationship with union representatives.
- Assure the compliance of legal regulations regarding labor matters.
- Partner with Legal area to design and implement labor processes and procedures.
- Partner with Legal & Compliance to conduct investigations and recommend action plans.
**We are looking for someone who has**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, or related field of study
- Over 3 years of experience as an Employee Relations SME or HR manager; preferably as a generalist.
- Strong experience meeting legal regulations regarding labor relations processes.
- Knowledge in core HR functions such as payroll, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement and labor relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; can deliver impactful presentation to a multi-level audience.
- Proficiency in building effective partnerships and providing supporting to site leadership
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
