- The Sr Manager IFM will cover the management of hard and soft services provided by our global external partners.
- Hard services consist of full electricity network (high/medium/low voltage), secondary distribution part of the HVAC system operation and maintenance.
- Soft services consist of cleaning, gardening, catering, pest control, seasonal external area management works.
- Leading a team of our external facility services providers, responsibilities will be to lead the operational facilities of the Monterrey factory to give employees a great work experience every single day.
**What your day will look like**:
- Workplace facilities always looking and operating in outstanding and perfect condition.
- Focus on the workings of the factory according to LEGO Ways Of Working (LWOW) principles.
- Working on the continuous improvement of our workplace experience and facility services by successfully driving implementation of industry leading practices and innovation initiatives.
- Structured and caring leadership of a team with focus on development, well-being, success, motivation and efficiency.
- Proactive approach to key partner management both internally externally (i.e. with external facility service partners).
- Collaborate closely across the globe with the internal facility community and external facility service partners to ensure sharing of standard processes and driving consistency.
- Work closely with the LOM LT and MLT management teams.
**Are you up for the challenge?**
- Experience handling an external facility service partner - both operationally and performance, preferably an IFM (Integrated Facility Management) provider
- Significant exposure to a facility management function in a large international organisation
- Experience of delivering new workplace and/or facility management related innovation initiatives and digitalisation technologies
- A good understanding of outsorced facility management processes.
- Experience working in employee engagement and community building projects.
