This includes B&M, Ecom, Franchise, and Consession. This role will lead the DTC Planning team across 5 operating models in the Mexico market. They will be focused on achieving key KPIs including Revenue and Turn.Key Responsibilities:Position must be able to achieve/build a strong team while developing "bench strength."Deliver on the KPIs of Planning: Revenue, Margin, Turn, Receipt Management (~$100M in Rev/year). Extra focus on building out processes. Focused on OTB and Weekly Forecasting to KPIs.Deliver AFP.Must be a strong team player and partner to Merchandising, Commercial DTC, Inventory Management, Finance, and Marketing.Promotional analysis and adjustments.Turn Management – Push to Turn sub 3.OTB Management (Revenue, Margin, Units, AUR, AUC, Receipts, Adjustments, Transfers) (10%).Team Management/Training/Guidance (30%).Weekly Forecasting of KPIs (Revenue, Margin, Units, AUR, AUC, Traffic, UPT, Conversion) (5%).Partner well with key partners.Deliver on AFP Targets of Revenue and Margin, alert team of risks to goals.Strong Investment Review process and presentation to senior leaders and cross-functional partners (20%).Attend weekly Cross-Functional Meetings and strategy sessions regarding trends and state of business to develop actions to maintain or grow businesses (Includes Analysis and prep for meetings) (25%).Promotional Analysis and Markdown Management (5%).Travel to stores to evaluate needs of business and adjust practices to drive strong results (5%).Requirements:8+ Years in Merchandise Planning and/or Inventory Management.Bachelors Degree.Fluent in English.Fluent in Spanish.Strong in Excel.Strong in Promotional Analysis and Reaction levers.Understanding of key job responsibilities with special focus on OTB, Forecasting, Investment Reviews, and Turn.Understanding of S&OP Processes.Led a team of at least 2+ before.Bonus if experienced in SAP, SAS, Webi, Business Intelligence, Power BI, and Analysis for Office.Levi Strauss & Co
