If you have a lot of experience in process mapping and analysis, in utilizing SAP-Signavio, in leading process related teams and are a hands-on delivery type of individual, then we want to hear from you!The standard expectations:Main responsibilities will include:- Manage and lead initiatives involving multiple functions and project teams to drive process discovery and digitization.- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions opportunities.- Lead reviews of audit and assessment results to identify trends and issues with processes in the Signavio repository, perform root-cause analysis, develop recommendations for resolution and track effectiveness of remedies.- Enable the wider HP community to digitize processes and perform process maturity assessments.- Drive innovation and integration of new features and technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the organization.- Review and evaluates plans and guidelines for compliance with process digitization standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall process digitization quality and results for the organization.- Provide direct and ongoing leadership for an organization of multiple subordinate individual contributors coordinating, managing, and leading projects and programs to drive overall business process improvement and quality culture for products and service offerings.- Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing initiatives, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.- Engage with program managers, account leaders, technical leaders and executives to communicate program status, escalate issues, and guide and influence strategic decision-making.- Manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers, including setting expectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs; ensures that team members are effectively communicating and collaborating with outsourced resources.- Interact for achieving the required results with high-level Individual Contributors, Managers, Directors, and EXEC3s.- Provide overall people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; drives and fosters organization-wide performance standards, expectations, and practices to support ongoing team member and process development
