Purpose As a Senior Software Engineering Manager within Shared Platform, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the software and product development strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical services that add support and enable Kueski's products. You will oversee the technical and non-technical aspects of the development process, while guiding and mentoring a team of software engineers.

Maintain high standards, provide feedback, and encourage learning Guide elegant and simple software solutions, aligning with tech vision Manage technical debt, compliance, security, and align solutions with operational needs. Product Management Shape and implement a product vision and roadmap that enables Kueski's products; while making sure it aligns with the technical strategy within the tribe Define and prioritize the product roadmap, considering Kueski's product needs Oftentimes, you identify dependencies and patterns beyond your domain, which you address with initiatives and solutions beyond your core team Stakeholder management, providing clarity of what features are prioritized and are to be included in the next release iteration, and which will not Create specifications and manage the development process Ensure on-time, within-budget, and quality software delivery Implementation of agile practices, risk management, and quality assurance Acquire domain knowledge for better product solutions Position Requirements Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of successfully leading and managing software development teams Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and design Expertise in multiple programming languages, technologies, and frameworks Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including agile practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions Experience with project management tools and practices Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking and business acumen Knowledge of security practices, software scalability, and performance optimization Excellent communication in both, English and Spanish.
