.WHAT DOES A FINANCE MANAGER DO?Senior Manager - Performance Management, focus on fully understanding business drivers underlying financial results, while also relentlessly seeking to uncover value creating business insights.ABOUT YOUThe incumbent will play a critical role in partnering with and advising these senior leaders in strategic, operational and financial decision-making, building business scenarios and a level of preparedness, driving an ROI culture, driving capability of business partners as well as strong focus on the critical performance measures and resource allocation.- The ability influence, partner, and lead across all level internal and external, while being agile to drive value and results is critical.**Responsibilities**:- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:- Business Partner of Marketing, Sales and Customer Marketing organizations. The role is not only to track budget, is mainly to support the teams with the right numbers and analysis to take the right decision in terms of promotions, discounts and innovations.- Lead and manage the whole Rebates & Discounts process for the entire company, constantly focusing on improvements and automatization, seeking on optimizing current process.- Responsible for the financial planning and reporting, including to ensure policies and right financial principles are applied and followed.- Drive financial and operational planning, forecasting and analysis/commentary at the market levels to provide a financial perspective to the business planning process.- Lead the team to be a reference for the region and transform it, into a lean, fast and digital organization. That will be able to adapt to the new requirements for the finance area but go even further and transform the team into a key partner of the leadership team.- Drive a strong understanding of Risks & Opportunities that lead to action across multifunctional team in the quest to drive business performance.- Run finance transformation projects in respect to people, processes, and systems. Identify opportunities from volume to structure cost, and later deliver them.- Support the organization in the monthly planning process, but specially in the annual plan.
