At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.This role is responsible for managing and ensuring all workstream activities related to operational readiness are completed in a timely fashion, leading the expedition of key activities across function, find solutions to key problems, and communicate project progress, issues and solutions to management and to the project team.Key relationships include collaboration of with QA, Tech Transfer, Operations, HR and other functional areas, establishing highly collaborative working relationships with key partners and Business leaders.Key Responsibilities:- Acts as Workstream Lead at appropriate stages of Plan, Execution and Handover of the Program.- Collaborates across other functional areas with Business Partners- Establishes alignment with Program Lead, agrees management of Key Partners, and aligns Core and Extended Team to deliver the Final Project Objectives- Communicates regularly with the Program Lead and aligns on communication to Key Partners on all aspects of projects, maintains project communications and prepares information for Key partners in alignment with Leadership.- Facilitates the project planning, tracking and reporting against project Key Deliverables and Final Project Objectives- Identifies appropriate project functions, resources and strategies required for Project Delivery.- Uses Risk Management methodology to identify and manage risks to Final Project Objectives, including resource issues, conflicts and other obstacles, communicating with Functional Managers, Core and Extended Team members to agree appropriate resources**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**:**Education**:- University/Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent is requiredExperience and Skills:Required:- Minimum eight to ten (8-10) years of related experience- Project Management experience supporting major capital projects / relative business experience and project or operations management- Extensive knowledge of engineering / operations / business processes in medical devices.- Extensive knowledge of technology transfer strategies
