Strengthen the breadth and depth of Disney's portfolio through solid partnerships with retailers, category managers, marketing, and other Disney's LOBs. Optimize the Disney Consumer Products business strategy and ensure excellence in trade marketing execution, delivering the best experience for consumers in line with corporate priorities.The Sr Manager Sales & Retail will be responsible for:Retail accounts and Trade Marketing team management.Identifying market opportunities in different sales channels such as manufacturers, regional chains, alternative channels, catalogues, drugstores, E-commerce, indirect channels, wholesalers, distributors, and department stores.Assuring retail campaigns on retail bases to guarantee franchise visibility and consumer desire.Managing projects in retail, budget oversight, and developing new strategic plans.Obtaining sell-out information from Retail to measure sales performance.Intense synergy and integration with Category, Licensees, Marketing, Creative teams, and other Disney's LOBs.Identifying customer needs by channel and ensuring retail calendar implementations. Maintaining great relationships with internal teams and external licensees and retailers.Overseeing retail control campaigns, post-mortems, investments, and ROI.What we need from you to be part of this story:Degree in Administration, Business, Communication, or Marketing.At least 5 years of experience in retail and trade marketing, with a strong emphasis on management roles overseeing teams and projects.Experience working in consumer goods or licensing product companies.Advanced level of English.Great communication skills, commercial approach, team-player, organized, dynamic, energetic, and proactive.Results-driven and dedicated to delivering high performance.Focused on people development and team leadership.Establishing relevant metrics to evaluate and enhance business performance.Additional Information:At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products, and services our consumers know and love.
