**Key Responsibilities**:

- It is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing lines can process products with an FPY above 95%, a reduction of scrap based on the goal of each line and the decrease in downtime to increase the efficiency of the line and the OEE for the equipment.
It is responsible for performing root cause analysis documenting them in electronic formats such as A3, RCCA ("root cause corrective action" and / or any tool in the manufacturing environment that helps quick problem solving.
- It is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- It is responsible for finding new technologies for the optimization of manufacturing processes for the electronics industry (PCBAs).
- It is responsible for providing support in external and internal audits of ISO's of quality, environmental and energy consumption in issues directly related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
- It is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing equipment and processes are in compliance with safety standards and guidelines (HSE).
He is in charge of managing and controlling the expenses of all the process lines assigned to his charge to ensure that the budget does not exceed the goal established for each one by periodically communicating the behavior with his direct leader.
- It is responsible for managing and leading manufacturing technicians to give specific execution direction of activities for a technician, as well as providing and receiving feedback from them in order to keep the lines and equipment working properly.
- It is responsible for carrying out all activities related to NPI's relying on the project lead engineer to only develop execution activities such as pilot runs, review of samples and raw material that has changed revision, taking time to make an appropriate balance and taking statistical data to determine if the NPI is really manufacturable and complies with the standards of safety, ergonomics, percentages of FPY that have been established as well as the percentage of scrap and cost that will be allowed.
It is responsible for directing, maintaining and communicating in a solid and periodic way issues related to opportunities in the processes and design of the products with the design engineering groups to ensure a continuous flow in the production areas.
- It is responsible for performing capacity analysis of manufacturing lines to determine how many lines, shifts, equipment and HC are needed to support production based on the annual "Forecast".
- It is responsible for implementing, developing and updating PFMEAs, PMAPs and Control plan for the manufacturing processes and equipment of its lines in conjunction with the quality and R&D groups.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Mechatronics, Digital Systems Manufacturing focused on the field of electronics (mandatory without exception) or to end.
- Basic knowledge of the SMT process.
- Knowledge in IPC and ISO standards of quality, environmental and energy consumption for electronic manufacturing (desirable certification).

- High knowledge in office tools (Excel, Word, PP) for the creation and presentation of projects.
