**Overview**:**Responsibilities**:Work allocation will be distributed between specific projects (e.G., justification and release to production of new assembly processes or line transfers) and production assembly support.- Provide technical leadership to a designated product line for all design and function related aspects including day-to-day problem solving and long-term strategic direction for the product assembly.- Automate processes to improve quality while reducing labor and/or increase throughput.- Analyze and perform assembly line balancing.- Provides technical advice and troubleshooting on complex processes and equipment.- Work closely with maintenance department to improve machine reliability/reduce downtime.- Specifies and works with vendors and manufacturing staff on the installation, and maintenance of production equipment.- Collaborate with others to implement significant cost reduction projects by validating changes in the assembly process.**Qualifications**:**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in the maquiladora Industry.- S. in engineering discipline.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, both as a leader/facilitator and a participant.- Excellent theoretical and applied knowledge of design and mechanical engineering concepts.- Working knowledge of CAD/CAE engineering tools.- Ability to perform financial analysis and cost justifications.- Experience in the design and support of automation equipment and production lines.- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks with mínimal supervision.- Strong project management skills.- Well organized, enthusiastic, high energy, strong work ethic.- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- MOST and/or Time-Motion Studies knowledge.- Advanced Degree in Engineering or Business Management.- Industry 4.0 implementation- Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, Lean Manufacturing, and process capability studies.- Experience with irrigation products / industry.- Experience with ultrasonic welding processes of plastics component.- Technical supervisor/leadership experience.PLEASE SUBMIT RESUMES IN ENGLISHTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING: 5 años (Obligatorio)- CAD/CAE: 4 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inlges (Obligatorio)
