With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.YOUR TASKSSteering and execution of planning and approval of new and complex production equipment in alignment with the product development process.Define and describe manufacturing sequences, manufacturing capacities and operating equipment data taking into account the planning variables to be determined.Plan complex operating equipment based on capacity and staff deployment plans to be drawn up; define type, extent, and number necessary production equipment.Determine available internal capacities for the construction of operating equipment; estimate the costs and prepare suggestions for internal or external procurement.Evaluate risks using Core Tools and taking customer requirements into consideration as well as developing and implementation of improvement actions.Agreeing and following up targets with the Project Manager or the Operations Readiness Manager in terms of quality, costs and timing.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electromechanics Engineering or similar.More than 3 up to 5 years of experience in Automotive electronics.Solid experience with new launches, engineering changes, core tools, quotations & capacities.Advanced English.Problem solving, effective communication, cross-functional leadership.OUR OFFERGreat career development opportunities.Working in an international environment.Granted profit sharing bonus.Pension plan.Saving fund and saving bank.Even if you do not meet all our requirements, do not hesitate to apply to us, because the further development of our employees is very important to us and opens up a wide range of opportunities for you in our company.FORVIA HELLA stands for the variety of all employees.
