The purpose of Power Tool division is: "We create fascinating products which fulfill our users with pride and joy, offer intuitive use and ensure physical integrity".**Job Description**:Responsible for the coordination of the Manufacturing Engineering resources assigned to the Value Stream Team Motors (MSE), related to the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, robust and efficient processes, utilizing the Bosch Production Systems principles and following the Product Development Process. Conducts capital investment studies, coordinates the new products quoting process and introductions, leads manufacturing projects (including transfers), and communicates the progress to the team. He/she also makes sure compliance with Safety, Environmental and Quality System standards.**Qualifications**:- Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering degree required, post graduate degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.- +5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering- Advanced use (+5 years) of Quality tools including P-FMEA and Control Plans, and Problem-Solving tools (8D, 5 Why's) mandatory, MSA and SPC desired- Advanced use (+5 years) of Lean Manufacturing tools and principles, time studies for new products- Intermediate experience (3-5 years) leading manufacturing engineering projects (Product Development Process, product transfers)- Intermediate experience (3-5 years) working on Capital Investment feasibility studies- Basic knowledge (0-2 years) working with CAD software, PLC, sensors, vision systems, etc.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) requiredAdditional Information- Consumer goods experience will be great.
