**OVERVIEW**:This individual will be responsible for developing manufacturing processes for circuit board assemblies, leading new product introduction projects, refining processes, and programming circuit board assembly equipment to optimize efficiencies, yields, and productivity.**RESPONSABILITUES**:- Coordinate the design, set-up, and validation of new and existing circuit board production processes to meet schedule and quality requirements- Design and setup fixtures and tooling as needed to support circuit board assembly processes- Program and optimize automated equipment to maximize thruput- Involve production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and materials personnel in a team approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and reduction of process variation- Lead New Product Development manufacturing runs using sound project management techniques- Justify capital investments and select equipment to support project requirements- Conduct D.O.E., PFMEA, Kaizen events, SPC, DFT, DFM, Kanban, and similar activities to ensure good manufacturability of PCB assemblies and the final product- Ensure that all safety regulations, including regulatory controls, are carefully followed- Work as a key contributor in the execution of the Controls Division's strategic objectives- Available for weekend work when needed- SME for soldering (WS, SS, Robots), conformal coating, pick & place, PTH, etc.- Complex root cause analysis capabilities to address product anomalies to process deficiencies- Able to perform process optimization, characterization, and repeatability assessments (CpK, GR&R, DOE, etc.)**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited university- 100% Bilingual Spanish-English.- At least six years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a high-volume SMT and through-hole manufacturing environment- Hands-on, high-energy individual with an eagerness to learn and grow in the company- Tolerance for ambiguity and the resilience to handle stressful situations- At least four years of experience programming circuit board assembly equipment- Direct experience with the conformal coating process for circuit boards- Must have a thorough understanding of soldering electronic assemblies and IPC-610- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Graduate degree in business or a technical discipline- At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in an engineering-related environment- Maintenance Operation Experience- ASM SMT Machine programming experience- Familiar with AutoCAD, Mentor, or other CAD tools- Proven experience in Project Management and MS Project proficiency- Proven experience implementing successful Lean Manufacturing toolsIF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLEASE SUBMIT RESUMES IN ENGLISHTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al añoHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horas
