Sr Manufacturing Manager

**Vacancy Name**- SR Manufacturing Manager**Location of Work**- Tijuana, Mexico**Employment Type**- Full Time Employee- Reviews production orders or schedule to determine product data such as types, quantities and specifications of products and plan delivery dates to plan department operations.- Plans production operations with supervisors, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.- Coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure that production and product quality meet specifications and required schedule.- Reviews production and operation reports from supervisors and resolves operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure mínimal costs and prevent operational delays.- Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.- Develops or reviews standard operational and work practices and observes workers to ensure compliance.- Resolves worker complaints or submits unresolved complaints to plant manager and personnel manager.- Complies, stores and retrieves production data.- Analyze and interpret technical procedures or government regulations- Production Systems- Computers- Ability to write reports, and procedure manuals.- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, clients and the general public.- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.- Leadership- Carrera Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Maestría preferencia- Advanced English
