Welcome to Confidencial.**Job Description**: Coordinates customer complaints and lead problem solving activities accross Value Stream Organization.Leads and monitors operations, audits parts, and when required performs adjustments necessary to maintain proper setup and to ensure production.Drive and initiates corrective actions if SPC data shows "out-of-control" conditions.Instruct in the proper use and care of machines, tools, and measuring instruments.Ensures and provide technical suppor P-FMEA Control Plan setup and update.Reduces scrap and rework rates.Leads as to the correct operational sequences and procedures llow and monitors the work performed to ensure and timely production and suggests necessary actior improvements.Support improvement implementations with supervisor to obtain optimum use of individual skills and abilities to assure the most effective utilization of the group and production of work pieces.Performs coachir changeovers and setup on machinres and measurement devices.Leads to reductions of setup time and general downtimes.Leads Improvements to the production output and the utilizationof equipment.Coordinates troubleshooting of machines and equipment.Analyzes and Interprets test specifications, parts list, process sheets, etc.Analyzes equipment or machine problems, coordinates repairs, or initiates corrective actions.**Qualifications**: QualificationsBachelor degree in mechanical & industrial or related.5 years working Importante empresa in manufacturing and area.Miliar with Problem Solving:6 Sigma, Shainin, KT including mater use of 8D, 5.Miliar with APQP, PFMEA, control plan key production control documents.The ability to work in a team oriented environment.A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic.Ability to adapt to changes.Good communication and negotiation skills.Additional Information Confidencial is constantly expanding its international presence, sinr us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
