**Play your part in our team succeeding**:
You will be part of the LATAM Marketing Team who excel in converting first class consumer and shopper insights into compelling, ground-breaking and innovative business and communication programs, under pinned by a strong commercial understanding and focus.
This role requires a high level of financial understanding and analytics, and will need to drive an expert knowledge of consumers, shoppers, competitors and commercial landscape within the Toy Industry
**Core Responsibilities**:
**Consumer & Shopper Analysis**:
- Provide proactive analytical insight and challenge-based performance management.
- Produce scenario-based analysis to aid brand and demand planning process. Strong focus on guiding an understanding on critical market and brand situations to influence in short and long term decision making
- Identify, scope & implement improvements to processes in Commercial Performance & Insights
- Actively lead in cross functional theme and market comprehensive investigations, providing detailed market, consumer and competitor review and recommendations
- Drive development of internal marketing team analytical capabilities
**Marketing Performance & Strategy**:
- Lead interpretation of marketing mix efficiency, including MMM progression and Mkt Budget evolution MRM
- Recommend LATAM Mkt Strategy and Marketing Plans according to ambitions, including and using fact-based data to provide direction to Brand Managers
- Evaluate and analyze return on investment data in collaboration with key collaborators.
**Competitor Monitoring & Analysis**:
- Coordinate and identify the changing nature of consumers, shoppers, economy and demographics. Effectively drive awareness and potential impact of these through regular contribution to BUs, brand and sales strategies.
- Build & deliver regular BU Market update showcasing the most relevant consumer and shopper trends and insights.
**Financial planning & Budget management**:
- Lead MRM implementation for LATAM: Primary driver of BU Marketing Resource Management & Efficiency (MRM), delivering the Marketing Planning & Performance Framework in BU. Functional expert in MRM & Reporting and go-to person for MRM.
**Do you have what it takes**:
- Strong financial, commercial and analytical capabilities
- Solid foundation in Market Intelligence or similar role
- Ability to crystallize a large number of different data sets into business relevant insights and concrete actions
- High level English Skills
- An ability to understand business strategies, tactics and implement measurable plans
- Strong collaboration and influential skills. Be able to optimally communicate data into tangible activation recommendations and influence team to add to/alter plans
- Ability to encourage and inspire others to embrace new ways of working
