We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Marketing professional to join our Workforce Staffing organization (WFS) as a Recruiting Marketing Manager.The Recruitment Marketing Manager is a strategic thinker who is ahead of the curve with their marketing execution, leadership and planning, as the labor market continues to have complex problems, decisions, and escalations.
A high degree of influence is required to remove bottlenecks and create best practices across the organization.
The Senior Manager leads ad-hoc project work across the organization, drives local experimentation within the region and creates standard work that requires input from multiple stakeholders.Key job responsibilities- Be a single-threaded owner of marketing results for large, multi-state regions and business lines with a scope of 70-130 buildings- Use your marketing and sourcing savvy to articulate differentiated employment positioning, leverage the overall brand guidelines and value prop to localize your strategy, and empower your team to deep dive local market nuances- Design and execute programs based on well structured, insightful analytics- Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of world-class marketers- This role will manage a team of +5 Direct reports- This role requires willingness to travel according to business demands and projects.- This role is expected to be responsible for Mexico with potential to growth scope for another region.- Advanced degree (MBA or other applicable advanced degree)- 5+ years of experience in employment brand marketing.- 5+ years of experience delivering substantial results in high volume hiring sourcing/marketing or B2C acquisition marketing, ideally including local marketing programs- Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance and experiment design and analysis- Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others- Able to consistently nail details, driving process and managing to goals- Skilled at problem solving.- Portuguese fluency will be highly desirable.
