Objective:
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, and working closely with local business stakeholders and Marketing Leads, the Marketing Specialist, Latin America is responsible to develop and implement a comprehensive integrated marketing operations plan to help each LS business unit meet its annual objectives by generating customer engagement, demand, and loyalty.
Responsabilities:
- In conjunction with the Marketing Operations Manager and local BU Directors, develop marketing strategies and plans in support of business growth objectives and market share expansion- Responsible for managing advertising and public relations program, and working closely with the with Brand Communications Specialist and with third parties where necessary to develop message content, artwork, media mix, and schedule in line with sales and marketing objectives- Prepare regular reports for management that include key performance indicators including ROI and ROAS, to ascertain if marketing efforts are having their desired impact and provides feedback and recommendations to management.- Develop social media plan and coordinate with the team on scheduling- Ensures that brand is well represented and design guidelines are adhered to in all marketing campaigns and collateral
Qualifications:
Education
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business
Experience - 5 years' marketing experience in a similar role; experience working for a Multinational B2B or Life Sciences organization is highly desirable experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Eloqua is desirable
