The position provides an expertise in internal logistics processes with knowledge in project management, lean manufacturing tools looking to improve the status quo in a daily basis. Ensure the control of activities on the warehouse ensuring it aligns with CTPAT requirements.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Lead CTPAT according to the highest standards of regulation ensuring the Supply Chain Security
- Lead Projects which build a change in work logic, ensuring the optimization of resources and safety of the process.
- Automate Processes reducing the time to perform repetitive tasks and enterprise costs.
- Coordinate with Engineering and planning the production of complex materials which may affect standardized processes in a safe and efficient way.
- Participate in global forums which involve: Make agreements in the interaction, standardization of common activities and YOKOTEN of improvements between sites.

Perform problem solving using systems such as SAP, COMBI, WMS, Power BI always considering the right way to do it and call out if solution impact current processes.

Represent the area in local projects taking decisions in an Holistic point of view.

**Requirements**:

- Professional degree in Engineering (Certificated)
- Six sigma certification (Green Belt)
- Proven experience in Warehousing, inventory control and Logistics.
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment such as forklifts and racking systems.
- ** Travel availability**:

- CTPAT and/or OEA knowledge

**"nice to have"**:

- Previous experience working with SAP
- Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on opportunities
- Master's degree
- Project Management certification
- International interaction experience

Core Responsibilities
- Support daily operation at production line.
- Responsible for solving various complex technical problems.
- Identify quality issues and provide solution to ensure high quality standard.
- Support continuous improvement for existing machine and platform improvement and Novities launch.
- Plan and control budget for indirect materials.
- Drive operation skill training and new chanine training.
- Participate in global networking actities to create and improve global alignment on production tasks and solutions.
