All these logistic operations must be carried out according to the specifications and IT/administrative tools required by the Company and/or customer.**:**Responsibilities**:- To carry out processes of reception, labelling and storage of received material.- Participate in the distribution of the daily tasks of receiving, storing, preparing and packing shipments of clinical supplies.- Carry out labelling processes following internal procedures.- Perform full or partial reconciliations as determined in the work instruction.- Prepare and send requested materials and/or products to research centers.- Verify that the warehouse is located and maintained in good condition, as well as the stored units.- Carry out stock controls and inventories.- Complete and partial reconciliations according to work instruction (product transfers).- Complete forms and any administrative documentation corresponding to the task assigned.- Develop all activities efficiently and safely.- Returning clinical materials from research sites.- Prepare and issue the material destruction process- Carry out the conditioning and refurbishment of reusable containers.- Preparation and conditioning of components under refrigerated, frozen and quick-frozen conditions, thus guaranteeing the filling of the components.- Administrative support in the realization and updating of SOP´s, Work instructions and investigations related to PR´s**Basic minimum qualifications**:- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing, Storage and Distribution Practices.- Basic Outlook Knowledge and Office Package.**Education/Experience**:- Education: High School- Experience of at least 2 years in similar warehouse tasks and in medicine logistics (preferred)**Certifications or Licenses**:- DC-3 for forklift operation (preferred)**Internal and external contacts**:- It relates to Material Handler II and Sr
