.Person will significantly influence the monthly SIOP process for your enterprise and ensure business plans are credible, maximum customer satisfaction and achieve strategic business objectives. As the ISC/SIOP Analyst you will be directly responsible for 'line-of-balance' models and data integrity across multiple plants and regions. This role is a unique opportunity to dramatically broaden your knowledge of enterprise resource management systems and well as portfolio, demand and supply planning processes and systems. You will partner with the SST and CORP COE and SME's to formalize the Honeywell SIOP process and develop tools for each SIOP step.As ISC/SIOP Analyst Specialist you will be responsible for providing models and analytics for the SIOP process. The ISC/SIOP Analyst Specialist is specifically responsible by working with multiple manufacturing sites globally to facilitate and compile the monthly SIOP process and requirements plan and review with senior business management to get approval and alignment prior to release. The ISC/SIOP Analyst Specialist will coordinate sales and marketing forecasts into a demand and supply plan that will satisfy customer expectations, while minimizing inventory investment, and maximizing customer growth opportunities. You will analyze data, including enterprise requirements planning information and prepare reports as needed to facilitate and recommend actions to ensure process integrity.You will attend monthly SIOP meetings to support your manager in communicating portfolio, demand and supply plans to the Business leadership in the SIOP Reconciliation and Executive meetings.**Key Responsibilities**:- Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalate.- Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma techniques to rapid problem solve issues that impact KPI to drive continuous improvement actions that lead to world class performance.- Close involvement with Prod Marketing for NPI/EOL/Promotion/Projects/PLC- Model the monthly Demand, Supply, PD and Inventory projections.- Attending SIOP Product, Demand and Supply Review Meetings- Develop and own the master line-of-balance model.- Attending SIOP Integrated Reconciliation and Executive meetings as necessary**MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's degree related to engineering.- Advanced English- Materials Management- 3+ years of experience- Advanced Data Analisis knowledge- Advanced SIOP Knowledge**WE VALUE**:- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.- Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.- Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers
