You will report to the Site Materials Manager with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your planning skills and play an instrumental role in the success of the company.As a Materials Planner, you will perform the Materials Planning across the Site for your assigned business or channel. You will support your Site Materials Manager to execute the vision and goals for your Raw Materials Planning function.You will partner with the SBG / CORP COE and SME's to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption of RapidResponse planning tools across your network where required.You will ensure raw materials replenishment plans align to the network Supply & Production Plans and achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will ensure the network Materials Requirements Plans (MRP) will satisfy the network Constrained Master Production Schedules (MPS). You will work with the master data teams to ensure all BOM and master data in the ERP system is correct and up to date. You will own the plan for every part (PFEP) analysis and will ensure the correct stock entitlement is reflected in the systems and adhered to. You will partner with the Production Planning and Buying leaders to ensure materials are delivered to the sites/network on time whilst achieving the ISC goals of cost control and working capital targets.You will be closely involved in product lifecycle events and transitions to ensure the network raw materials replenishment strategy delivers on the product portfolio vitality goals. You will partner with the production planning and buying leaders to create and execute your site/network materials replenishment plans. You will attend monthly SIOP Supply Review meetings at the site/network level to approve the site/network material replenishment plans and to present these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Business leadership in the Supply & Reconciliation meetings. You will demonstrate how the site/network Production plans satisfy the site/network supply plans
